Birdsong’s favorite Spring Seasonal is back and they are throwing a little party they like to call SPRING BEAK!

Clocking in at 7.5%, Up On The Sun Saison is brewed in the style of traditional farmhouse ales, it’s a refreshingly tart Belgian-style Saison. They use Sorachi Ace hops to give it a slight lemongrass undertone and lovingly dose it with pleasant herbal aromas and hints of stone fruit. It’s dry and crisp on the palate and will quickly become your new favorite warm weather beer.
